Workers made sheep stand in line before slamming them to the floor, kicking them and twisting their necks.

If you’ve ever lived in an apartment complex or a manufactured home community, you know they are run purely as a business. Often owned by out-of-state corporations that specialize in managing multiple properties, their primary purpose is to make money for their stockholders. You are just a number to them.

RoseLake Estates is a different breed. We are family owned and managed. We have been family run for three generations. And that’s important because we take a personal interest in our neighborhood. We’re proud of it. We want it filled with responsible, happy homeowners.

As a homeowner at RoseLake Estates, you will never be known to us by your “Plot Number.” In a community of just 170 families, we know our homeowners’ street addresses, the color of your home, and your neighbors. We probably wave when you drive by, and may even know the name of your dog.

This type of ‘neighborliness’ comes in handy when you contact us for help with something. We treat our neighbors with respect, making sure your concern is addressed and taken care of promptly.

So if you live someplace that doesn’t care who you are or how you are – let alone know your name, stop in and say hello at our management office. It’s run by family, and we’d like to get to know you and show you around.

At RoseLake Estates, we’re always on the lookout for new friendly residents.
