My family has owned and managed RoseLake Estates for close to forty years, now.

As a kid, I was impressed to watch my father’s company lay out the streets and home sites. My Dad specifically laid out the home sites to maximize the views of the adjoining 12-acre lake.

He made sure the lake was stocked for fishing. He enjoyed nature and saved as many mature trees as possible, wanting homes lots with plenty of shade.

It was my family’s intention to create a quiet place close to nature and water where family and community friends would feel at home. Back then, places like Castleton, Carmel and Fishers were beginning to grow, and my father suspected future homeowners would want to be close to them, shopping and the interstate for easy commutes.

He was right. As those communities have grown, so has our 40-acre home community. We’ve retained a small-town feel while balancing that with the many amenities that make living at RoseLake Estates what it is today – all 170 households.

I can distinctly remember my father talking about creating a beautiful neighborhood where everyone could enjoy the value of affordable manufactured housing.

As the property manager and a second generation caretaker of RoseLake Estates, I continue to take care of the property the way my Dad did, keeping the community warm, clean, safe, and inviting. Our homeowners will never be “numbers” to us. Many of our neighbors have grown up with us, living in the same home for 15 or 20 years or longer.

RoseLake Estates is, and always has been a nice, comfortable, friendly and very affordable place to live. Right through the generations, yours and ours.

Thank you for being a part of our neighborhood!
