Whether you are a duffer or the next Tiger Woods, if you live at RoseLake Estates, you are in good company. Lots of our homeowners enjoy the game – and play a few short miles away.

The Fall Creek Golf Club is a public golf course owned by the town of Pendleton and located right in the heart of Pendleton – just down the road from RoseLake Estates.

Open to the public seven days a week, this 18-hole course is filled with mature trees and peaceful fairways. Even better, fees are very reasonable.

Originally opened as the Idlewold Country Club in 1920 with just nine holes, the course was immediately a hit with locals. Within three years, nine more holes were added.

When the Town of Pendleton purchased the golf course in 2008, the name was changed to Fall Creek Golf Club. Five years later, a driving range was built, which now gives novices and pros alike a place to practice.

The golf course is now a part of Pendleton’s popular Falls Park and has the type amenities you would expect from a private club – but in a public course. You’ll find:

  • A pro shop with a full line of clubs, golf balls, clothing, and anything else you might need for a day on the links.
  • Golf Lessons are available through a PGA professional instructor.
  • The Club House has a fully stocked snack bar and a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Golf Clinics and Camps – available for all ages
  • Men’s and Women’s Golf Leagues begin each spring as an after work 9-hole league.

So pack up your golf clubs and check out the Fall Creek Golf Club. Just like the lovely manufactured homes at RoseLake Estates, it’s another great reason to join us in Pendleton!
