Rose Lake Estates is proud to call Pendleton, Indiana, home. A quiet, historic community nestled along the banks of Fall Creek in Madison County, Pendleton is just 20 minutes northeast of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Rose Lake Estates is very conveniently located at exit 214, just off I-69. Very easy to find! In fact, you can see us from the interstate. Most folks in town know where we are. We’ve been “that family-owned, nicely kept manufactured home community” for well over 30 years now.

Travel a bit farther east, and you’ll be in the heart of the town of Pendleton, a favorite destination for those who are looking for an interesting and unique shopping experience.

More than a town with great history, good schools, and a laid back atmosphere, Pendleton residents are very involved in the civic organizations active around town. Not because it’s mandatory, mind you, but rather because so many people here want to help make a difference.

Want to make a difference in our thriving, neighborly community? Here are some of the Pendleton organizations that are consistently rated the most active in our town:

  • Pendleton Kiwanis Club
  • Pendleton Lions Club
  • Century and a Half Club
  • Sigma Phi Gamma
  • The South Madison Community Foundation
  • Pendleton Garden Club

Why not join them? Chances are, you’ll find several of our residents already among these members – all keeping the town of Pendleton an active, safe and thriving community.
