Growing concerned with the rapidly expanding populations of central Indy, the east side, Noblesville, and/or Greenwood? You are not alone. Plenty of us would rather call a less populated, less crowded, more open and less crime-ridden area, home.

If you are not familiar with Pendleton, Indiana, you are missing a real gem of a town in the north central part of our state. Pendleton has a small-town feel with larger city charm. It’s an historic community nestled along the banks of Fall Creek in Madison County just 20 minutes northeast of Indianapolis.

We’re also very easy to get to. Conveniently located just off I-69 Exit 214, 20 minutes from Indianapolis, and 10 minutes from Carmel, Fishers and Noblesville. RoseLake Estates is “that family-owned, nicely kept manufactured home community” for well over 30 years now.

Head east from our neighborhood of 170 households tucked among mature maples, oaks and pines, and you’ll be in the heart of Pendleton. Not only does Pendleton have a great selection of clothing stores, art galleries and antiquities, but it is a favorite destination for those who are looking for one-of-a-kind restaurants, home made ice cream, coffee and donut shoppes, and breweries. You could spend all day on Main Street and not get to every shopping location.

Despite it’s laid back atmosphere, Pendleton residents are very involved in the civic organizations and sports. Our residents love to bike, walk and hike the trails in Pendleton’s famous Falls Park, fish, camp, and golf. We are also fiercely proud of our library and our school system.

Simply put, Pendleton is a great place to raise a familyor retire and enjoy a laid back lifestyle in comfort – without stressing your wallet. After all, Pendleton’s tax base and cost of living is about ¾ of that of the surrounding townships.

RoseLake Estates is proud to call Pendleton, Indiana, our home. Why not join us?
