We’re proud of our neighborhood and its place in the growing town of Pendleton. That’s why we frequently make improvements.

We want to keep our grounds lovely, green and inviting. Sometimes the changes we make are seasonal, such as planting mums around our entrance signage in the fall, and adding rosebushes in the spring.

Other times we decorate for holidays, such as flags for our veterans on Memorial Day and our country on the 4th of July. We also add wreaths and holiday lights around our entrance bushes in December.

Sometimes the work is more about homeowner safety and maintenance. Every year, for instance, we work on a section of our streets, repairing cracks and potholes. These are costly repairs for the community, but by breaking the work down into smaller sections, it keeps our neighborhood looking good and keeps potholes at bay.

Our neighborhood continues to grow. With the addition of three new homes in the past year, we now have a total of 170 households as of March.

We hope you will welcome new neighbors to our neighborhood, and check on those neighbors you haven’t seen in awhile.

If you spot something that needs repair or that we should know about, please give us a call. We want to keep our streets and sidewalks safe and common areas neat and clean.

RoseLake Estate Homes is a good place to raise a family or settle down during retirement – and always has been. Many of our homeowners have been residents for more than a decade!

If you know someone that is looking for a great place to live and would be a good addition to our neighborhood, please recommend us. (Even better, if they buy a RoseLake home after mentioning your recommendation, we have a $50 gift certificate for you!)
